There is a difference between Freeman Builders, Inc. and many other companies that build architecturally designed, high quality custom homes.  Our company works on only one to two projects at a time while others may have many homes in production at once, creating the necessity for multiple layers of organizational management.  Keeping our client base low allows us to have a finger on the pulse of the client’s needs, style and tastes, the big picture of a project and how changes in one piece of the plan affect another. Our clients appreciate having direct access to their builder and the team who actually performs the work.  Our streamlined management approach is in keeping with our responsibility as the steward of the client’s monetary investment.

Our company employs construction standards, techniques and methods that ensure precise fit and finish of all trim, cabinets, built-ins and components, as well as the areas not visible such as foundation, framing, and insulation.  Special attention is given to the waterproof integrity of all exterior components such as flashings, window sealants, air infiltration, roof and siding assemblies.  These methods provide the durability and longevity of our custom homes.
